Refunds

How refunds work when Apple handles billing.

Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are requested through Apple rather than Ticker AI.

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
  2. Find the Ticker AI purchase.
  3. Choose the reason and submit your request.

Apple decides refund eligibility under its own policies. Our support team is happy to help you with the app, but we cannot issue Apple refunds directly.
